The following was read the second time:                                        
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 19                                           
Establishing the Blue Ribbon Commission on Gaming and                         
Gambling and relating to commission recommendations regarding                  
gaming and gambling in the state.                                              
                                                                               
Amendment No. 1 was offered  by Representative Willis:                          
                                                                               
Page 2, line 17, following "Senate":                                           
Insert ".  At least one of these appointed members shall be a                 
representative of a recognized veterans or fraternal organization"             
                                                                               
Page 2, line 18, following "Representatives":                                  
Insert ".  At least one of these appointed members shall be a

Representative Willis moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.                                                    
                                                                               
Representative MacLean objected.                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?"  The roll
